1. Go to your profile and tap the post you’d like to share.
2. Tap  (iPhone) or  (Android).
3. Tap Share.
4. Tap the name of the site where you’d like to share your post (Facebook, Twitter or Tumblr) and then tap Share (iPhone) or  (Android). You can also choose Email or Copy Link (iPhone) or Share link with other apps (Android).

Keep in mind that if you haven’t previously linked your Instagram account to that site or service, you’ll be prompted to log in. Once you’ve linked your Instagram account to that account, the icon for that site will turn blue.

How am I going to auto repost my old Instagram posts to another site? How often am I going to auto repost?

For that, I used these two Instagram marketing tools: NEXTPOST, to plan my auto repost ahead, to make sure my feed looks nice and clean. Also: I decided to auto repost once every 2-3 hours, which I thought was often enough not to be too annoying.
